I didn't feel like my normal breakfast today, so I just made scrambled eggs with chives and toast. Hmmmmm, good! I don't know why I don't do this more often. :)

Do you have a special Sunday breakfast?

Yes

Simple, Quick and Easy and tastes damn good.
Hmmmm sounds like me.. lol

If I have the desire to get the hell out of bed and really make something...I love crepes. But normally I make pancakes with chocolate chips in them...the kids love them. :D

There's no time for a "good" Sunday breakfast. Me, Sunday revolves around getting up late and suffing my face full of junk food with the guys watching football, now that is a breakfast.

Hey, I love those, too! IHOP has the best chocolate chip pancakes, they've been a favorite of mine for 30+ years. I make these at home, too. Complete with strawberry syrup. I make them rarely though, and then mostly for the nieces/nephew. They love being fed chocolate as a meal. :)

Blush... well Simple and I taste damn good. It is not a good thing to be quick and easy I guess.
Definitely not Quick.;)

Usually, I make waffles, pancakes or french toast for the kids, and oatmeal for myself. This morning, they requested oatmeal, and I just had coffee.

If I eat at home, tea & cake doughnuts might be my favorite.

Hmmm... I'm not much of a tea drinker or doughnut eater. My regular breakfast at home use to be milk and cookies before the switch to nonfat yogurt. I figure I save at least 400 calories a day just switching my breakfast to something that is still quick, but a whole lot better for me.

Fat-Free Ego waffles with peanut butter in between. My nutritionist said it is best to have some type of fat in the morning...it gets your brain going as well as protein. Fat-free breakfasts don't tend to last for me and I'm starving by lunch time and the need to overeat is too great.

My breakfast was whipped orange yogurt with some Grape-nuts tossed in for good measure.

Weekends are the only time I ever really make a breakfast--the rest of the week it's just a stray donut or toast or some kind of breakfast bar, plus some cereal if lunch is still more than a few hours away.

Weekends are for eggs, pancakes, bacon, and french toast in various combinations. The perfect thing to go with watching the USA getting its ass kicked in golf. Aah, bliss.

poon-tang. nothing beats a beaver for sunday breakfast.

:)

Atkins follower here.

We had a puff pancake made with eggs, soy flour and heavy cream. I used warm blackberries, with a touch of almond extract and whipped cream on the top.

Elegant, healthy and tasty, too.

Oh, I served it on a white plate to show the deep ruby color of the blackberries for the other food sensualists out there.

Nothing beats coffee with biscuits and gravy. It's the perfect hangover cure.

Sweet potato waffles, nutmeg French toast, or an assortment of cheese and bread. With fresh orange juice and coffee. We like to lounge, eat, and read on Sunday mornings.

Today it's goat cheese fritatta with sweet red peppers, mushrooms, yukon gold potatoes and green onions. I like juice with mine.
