I remember My Sharona being on the radio every hour during the summer of '79 (someone out there is now gonna remind me they weren't yet born). So that'd be one.

I have that same memory. Le Freak, and Ring My Bell, too.

Summer of 1980 I cruised Main Street in my Datsun B-210GX with my best friend riding shotgun. She always wanted to listen to Devo, and I always wanted to listen to Led Zeppelin, Physical Graffiti. She would listen to Whip it, over and over, and I would listen to Kashmir, over and over.
