It depends on how sensitive your skin is, but certain types of floggers, like deerskin and suede can be used. Usually after a few hours the marks will go away. Depends on the giver to know when to stop short of heavy marks.

You should check out some of the ProDomme discussion forum sites as they have one of the highest contingencies of people who may not even be 'out' to their own spouses much less anyone else, but who actually participate in skin to skin BDSM rather than online relationships - no marks, avoiding detection, and special issues of secrecy are much more common topics.

Here are just a few ideas...

Stretching the vagina or anus using large objects or fingers/fists can be painful, erotic and pleasurable and leaves no obvious signs.

From those sources:

It really all depends on how far you want to go and whether your taste is mental or physical or a combination of both.

In general when combining humiliation with sadism it generates a multitude of possibilities which in itself will leave none to little traces. Also the heightened state of the body and mind by addressing fears makes the slightest tap feel as if someone just hit you with a truck.

whartenburg wheel (pinwheel or spur) if not pressing too hard should leave little to no mark.... it's my favorite toy... when sub is restrained than you use it along the sides.. the prickle mixed with the tickle made me convulse.. maybe it will have the same effect...

Tight clothing.
