I like the current one but think of you as the Geiger one, a portrait of his wife no less. What about the infamous Geiger image inserted into the Dead kennedy album? That would work for the ime being if you dislike the current one.

My only concern with your current one is that you may come off as a 15 year old boy like the rest of the hentai fanatics.

Yes, it's a rare and untreatable condition that occurs mainly in the area of Japanese animation. The patients typically have melon heads and huge grotesque eyes though how the three are related we're not sure.
