I read a few stories where sex was too acceptable. Like in a secluded town, a man would walk up to a woman in a bus and get a bj. No big deal. Or a family is having dinner and one of them ejaculates and sprays all over the table. No big deal.

Awhile back, I wrote a story where a female college professor, angry over being spurned by her jock student, uses her invention to trap him and his girlfriend in a matrix-y other-dimensional computer simulation (kinda like Tron), where they are her sexual playthings and shared with the citizens and her elite female guard, "The Harem-Amazons".

I read some of the series Phoenix posted. Mainly into incest stuff and "free sex world" fits so nicely into that. Did a ton of roleplays and "what if" discussions on that theme too
