It looks like the addition of new moderators has done what it was intended to do: increase activity on the site. I've seen more threads added since this event eleven days ago than I've seen in the last two months.

How about the ability to post pictures in the story? That'd be a neat addition.

Linking Chyoo to these message boards. Improve the feedback feature so ratings are more accurate. (My story is listed as 0/5 but in my editor page it's listed as a 4.4/5) Include names for written feedback so we know who's critiquing our work.

Maybe an option of multiple categories for a our stories or maybe categorizing certain posts in our stories if it focuses on a specific category. Then story searching could jump you to certain threads of a story instead of weeding through a large story to find them. The search could be for keywords as well as categories.

It's possible that he gets overflowed with PMs and the message might have been lost. Maybe an update report every week would help keep him in the loop.

Hmmmmm a mod for the message board might be good, though right now I'd say this is at least a quiet and friendly community so we'll be fine without a mod.

I'd agree I'd like a feedback rating fixed, but not into the idea of making it so that its not anonymous. For me, I try now to give verbal feedback in my voting and leave my name, but I think it should still be up to the user to whether or not thier name is left upon the vote.

A link to the message boards would be great, as if someone is passing by, they can come to here and find out more about our community, it would at least bring them closer in and possibly make them feel more included in our group.

I'm just thinking if the rating is linked to a name then you would know is criticizing your work. People would also think more about what they've read if they comment if they have to own up to that comment. At least that's what I think.

It depends on what type of pictures, have you looked at some the Lit stories with pictures, some are quite terrible.

I think we get about 10 minutes a year. Next time will be September of 2006 or so.

Could we maybe add a thread like ***FOR MANU'S EYES*** with a quick, easy to gloss summary of main sticking points? ( home page etc) then hopefully it would catch his eye and he would feel inclined to read it if it wasnt an encyclopedia looking tome.

Here are some that I pmed to Manu:

1. I was wondering if you can make the link on the front page that says "discuss" go to the literotica/chyoo forum?

2. The story approval email notification is not working. I got a couple of my stories approved but i never recieved an email telling me. I also have another person saying the same thing. The thread email notification is working though.

3. Could you change the front page of chyoo, saying that it had new moderators or something to that extent.

4. Also, there is a bug that has been....bugging (lol) people, when someone does feedback on a story, it acts as if it is a new thread in the "Fresh stories" part of the front page.

Some that I thought of that might be a good idea
1. Revamp the story map
2. Add subcatagories in the non-english stories. (erotic couplings, incest, ect.)
3. Either rename cheating wives to Cheating spouses or add a new catagory for cheating husbands.
4. Revamp or get rid of ratings and karma.
5. Give Mods access to chyoo newsletter and the ability to email all of the chyoo members.
6. Revamp the user list so it says when the last time that user has logged on. And maybe delete users who haven't been around for 2-3 years. Just to clear some of it out.
7. Give access to the website to someone who knows what they are doing with it, so they can fix some of the bugs when you are too busy.

I'd suggest renaming Cheating Wives to simply Cheating so it could include boyfriend and girlfriend as well.
