Does anyone write with nuances and insinuation - offering impressions rather than just the actual physical act. and still in in a style that arouses and excites. So many of the stories sound the same using the same old words. Can you direct me to an author that might write in this style?

There may be some stories under Romance, but I took the liberty of looking at donwrite's post history, and he has asked this question before, and been directed to the Romance section before.

So, in answer to donwrite's question, I am guilty of some fairly mechanical writing myself, but I can see the need for a gentler, more emotion based story that talks about feelings and impressions more than insertions and pumping.

The problem is, the second is so much easier to write about, requiring less investment of the writer's time and emotional energy, in my opinion.

But I am willing to try.

donwrite, would you be willing to share some details of what you are looking for? Are you more interested in established relationships? First time or budding romance?

Perhaps if you could share some ideas some of could try to tailor a story for you.

i don't think there's a uniform way for such writing to be distinguished other than the intrinsically-flawed erotica/porn distinction.

Okay, when I write, I'm usually more nuanced, I think. Style is a very individual thing. When I was little my dad took me to England and I saw this pub, it had a sign out front: A very satisfied rooster, and a very relaxed cat. It was called "The Cock and Pussy Tavern." I've been thinking of a story about a middle aged couple in which both are divorced or widowed, who have been dating for a while, but are taking things slowly. OMG I am so glad you wrote this. I can't agree more with this. I've really always chalked it up to men vs. women. Guys are more into visuals and the immediate act of sex. That's why I find it so hard to get a good roleplay going, where there is actual buildup, reason behind the characters, and motivation. The worst is when someone talks about what a great roleplayer they are and they start off saying I'm chained up in their dungeon or something. How did I get there? How do I know you? Who are you exactly to own a dungeon? That sort of thing should be established first, in my opinion.

That said, I've also found many guys who have worked out in this regard. Maybe it's only about 2%, but that can be enough for lots of fun. Just an idea Eschiava

One plausible idea is that a parent was ill/maybe handicapped and the family could not afford to put them in a facility. It's always best to have some characterization, meaningful dialogue, and/or something apart from the h/c sex.

If I wanted h/c sex, I'd simply start Google Image searching sans safeties.
