I did not necessarily see a thread specific to this and did not wish to further detour the point of other threads, so I am making this one for any and all questions (that may or may not be answerable) to be placed regarding submitting songwriting, or your original lyrics, in the Poems section of the site.
I noticed that there was an Illustrated Poems option for submission but not an Auditory one. There is an Attachment option but it seems only for text (the Poem/Song obviously).
So my inaugural question to kick this off:
Is there a manner in which to add supplemental audio—even as a link—to a Poem submission? Do people do this within the body of the text already or it isn’t a thing? Is it submitted through the Editor notes? I know that in the forums one can share to their heart’s delight, but I’m asking moreso regarding “archived” works or however these things are classified (forgive me I’m very green here).
If there isn’t anything established for such yet, would it be reasonable and allowable to post a link to the audio in the comments of the published Song/Poem? (For those of you who might prefer spoken word or are low tech, you can record directly on Vocaroo.com and share that link, no fancy stuff necessary)
Thanks for any and all information everyone.
