Submitting Audio...

Ok, I have finally written a Erotic story, which I also made into Audio only, I can not upload it into my email to send to Literotica. Does any one have ideas on how I can get this submitted then? Because, it's a pretty big file, even when zipped. I'd apreciate any help I could get...
