I want to email my first story.I don't knoe if I should type all 28 pages at once or submit it a little at a time.Has anyone submitted a story via a Webtv email adress and did it work.I'm wondering how much I can type in one message before I get that annoyin,"this page is to big to be shown completely.
Hopefully,I'll hear from my volunteer editor very soon.

Since you obviously do not have a word processor at your command, the first question which springs to mind is, how do you know your story is 28 pages in length? Pages of what— not Word pages, not WordPerfect pages, do you mean Literotica pages, or just physically typewritten pages?

Possibly, your editor will accept your story sent in sections, assemble them for you, and then submit them in your name. If so, s/he is doing yeoman work, above and beyond the normal duties of an editor.

I am totally unfamiliar with WebTV equipment, but if it allows no method for you to save your copy electronically, I would suggest that you have the wrong technology. You have communications equipment when you really want composing equipment.

acordingto the submissions page, if you have webTV, you need to contact Laurel before submitting. She wil explain all.
