In the series "The Empath Cycle", there were 6 novels and a novella.

Recently, I added a 7th novel, but it was posted as a stand alone story.

I tried unsuccessfully to bring this to the attention of the people working on submissions, to no avail. What's the point of a <contact us> link?

I have 3 more novels for this series which are incomplete. Will the same problem occur?

I started a new series. 2 novels are finished. I'm working on the third. Should I wait for the series to be completed before submitting it?

I started a series of short stories. Instead of grouping them in a series, as they should be, I decided to use identical titles with a number to keep the order in the hope that they will be posted sequentially (I submitthed the first as "Family Affair - 1st Installment")

Any way to make the process more convivial? More user friendly?

The only effective way to contact Laurel is by PM; email doesn't work, though the email links are still up. If you do contact her - politely - about a problem with a posted story, she generally responds within 2-3 days. When I've had such issues (rarely), they've always been fixed.

Thanks for the info.

What is her nickname?

PS: I'm always polite.
