I saw the same thing happen in our media. Many reported the incident as a terror attack in the US as well. It illustrates how full of shit the media often is and how they hate admitting it. Neither of us is served by it.

A government official making a public announcement of a possible terror attack based on flimsy initial media reports in today’s first to publish media environment is irresponsible at best. The media breaks stories and speculates all the time - government officials should be (and are) held to a higher standard.

RussiaGuide can’t differentiate between the media breaking a story based on preliminary and unconfirmed supposition, and a MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT going to the floor in the one of the Houses and parroting that unconfirmed supposition.
It’s bad enough when the media puts out sensational headlines that suggest a terrorist attack based on preliminary and unconfirmed supposition , but it’s far worse when a MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT goes on the floor of one of the Houses and parrots the media’s sensational headlines.
The irony of the MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT mocking the media and attempting to shift responsibility for his own poor decision is obviously lost on RussiaGuide.
RussiaGuide No one was "fooled" by the legitimate and fruitful Mueller investigation.
