There is opportunity for good workers to earn more as they move up to shift supervisors, ass't managers etc.

Seems like too many want (expect) more money without the work.

Having a job where one can set their own pace, or knack, if you will only kills their incentive to achieve better, like start their own business so to speak, lack of health bennies or a steady pay check, is what keeps them there.

I stopped and got a 1/4#'r, fries and a large chocolate shake for the ride home the other day. It took me 25 miles to finish it all...that's about 66 calories per mile.
