Stuck on an idea

I'm stuck on the idea of doing a story of a guy helping a friend move into a new place but I'm having trouble trying to come up with an original plotline around it. Does anyone have any suggestions?

a world of possibilities:

gay sex: the buddy's collection f classic gay porn spills out, leading to revelations and hilarity

Hot neighbours:

a "welcome to the building" threesome or foursome (or moresome)

Mature:

The landlady might be old, but she offers more than milk and cookies

First Time:

the landlord's 18 year old daughter offers to help set up the bed

Nonhuman:

the rent is so cheap because no one mentioned the tentacle monster under the floor drain.

Original plots do not exist. Steal a plot and decorate it with your whims. What are your favorite books, movies, fairytales? Steal their plots, like Shakespeare did.

My advice is not to get stuck on an idea that you can't find the next steps. I write down story ideas then come back to them when more of the plot comes into my mind. Every idea you get doesn't turn into a story. I've had one idea for about a year and it just doesn't work for more than a few paragraphs.

Perhaps the guy and friend are separated, because the friend headed back to the old house to get another load. Meanwhile the guy is still unloading his truck before returning to join his friend. The guy brings a box into the bedroom and walks in on the wife or perhaps daughter unpacking her box of vibrators and dildos.

Another scenario......

Guy and Girlfriend show up to help Friend and Wife move into their new home. The men head back to the old location and leave the women behind to unpack the previous load. Girls stumble across the box of sex toys...."They look fun, would love to try that one"....."I love that one, go ahead and try it"...pretty soon the girls are going at it hot and heavy.......Guys return with next load and walk in on the girls....Guys join the fun

The guys are co-workers and become friends. They make plans to go to dinner with the girls. Unbeknownst to them, the girls actually know each other from college. During dinner, the girls mention they went to school together but keep the fact that they had experimented sexually to themselves. Sexual tension still exists. Footsies under the table, etc. During a trip to the ladies room they feel each other up and briefly finger each other before orchestrating a scheme to get together again and this time involve the guys..... The upcoming house move offers the perfect opportunity.
