I prefer still being able to play but doing dares for the losses. The ones I've done before, losers quit playing but stayed to watch the rest of the game. The winner had first choice of all the losers and could do pretty much anything they wanted. Second place got second choice and so on until everyone was paired up. When there was an odd number of players, first place could choose 2 people - if they passed on that, then second place could choose 2 all the way down the line.

I do like the Girls vs Guys also. Probably my second favorite way to play.
