(Summery is at the bottom for those of you who don't want to read the whole story.)

Story
Jake, your typical everyday 19 year old whom recently gradulated from Pilatine highschool was egard to have his chance to see the what the world had to offer him.

Much to his disappointment however he found that life outside of highschool was rather....boring and collage a drag, a repeat of what he expereinced in highschool which was not something Jake could go through again.

He wanted something more, something exciteing, something that would fill his need to explore and see what adventures and mysteries life had to offer a young man like himself.

Jake got his chance by pure luck as he accidentally entered himself into a contest that won him a free vocational trip over the pacific ocean to Japan.
While Jake didn't have any real desire to visit Japan specifically this was at least his ticket to escape the mundane life he was currently living and perhaps find something exciting.

Jake got his wish, and on the day of his flight while over the pacific ocean a harsh storm turns out to be much worse then anyone had predicted and the plane is struck by lightning causing it to burst into a fiery ball of flames and crash into the pacific ocean.

Beaten, bruised and his luck still holding out, Jake survives the crash and now finds himself stranded on a strange island filled with plants and creatures he has never seen or heard of before.
With a strong will to live and curious about the island in general Jake must test himself against the natural dangers of the island and the creatures that inhabiting it.

He isn't alone however as he meets a young, curious and playful girl with cat like ears and a tail who continues to pester and play tricks on him. Despite her childish personality however she has vast knowledge of the island and often finds herself helping the dense Jake to survive for reason even she doesnt understand. All she knows is he's the only thing on this island that almost looks like her and his body is strangely different from hers.

Little do either of them know in two days after Jakes arrival the cat-girl will come of age (18) and go into heat, making things alot more hotter and comical for the two of them as they continue their attempts of survival.

Summery: Jake gets stranded on an island, is befriended by a Female neko and in the long run they must work together to survive against creatures, nature and even plant life to escape the island.

Bio: Mina's lived on the island all her life. She knows nothing about the outside world, but she does know about anything and everything to do with her island home. She's playful, affectionate, and very mischievous. She can speak, but not very well so there won't be many big words in her conversation.

Jake growned, his head pounding with the vile taste of sand and salt water in the back of his dry throat.

Sitting up slowly Jake felt dizzy and hot, his body aching all over as if someone had hung him upside down from a tree and smacked him around like one of those stupid pinata's he had hit with bat when he was a kid.

With his mind numb and unable to register anything around him Jake simply sat there with a dazed look in his emeraled eyes and hardly took noticed of how damp his cloths were.
He wore a red bandana that hung loosely around his neck and a brown t-shirt that at the moment clung to his broad chest and stomach. Below he wore white kaki shorts that came ended just below his knees and a pair of normal Nike sneakers.
Most people concidered Jake to be an average looking guy with healthy clear skin and brown hair that was a rugged mess as usal since he hardly bothered to comb it and his chin always kept shaved.

A wave of cool ocean water suddenly washed over Jake, coming up to his waists and causing his eyes to refocus to what was around him. He had to squint due to the brightness of the sun but could see that the beach eventully curved inwards on both sides like a peninsula. On his right side however instead of sand there was a multitude of dark colored rocks that streched out over the ocean. Jakes eyebrows furrowed as he brought a hand to his pounding head as he started to think again but only caused his head ache to grow worst.

"where...am I? huh?! AHH!"

Something pinched him then and Jakes eyes widened as he immeditly woke and shot up while giving a small yelp of discomfort. Hanging from his leg a small crab could be seen holding onto the end of Jakes shorts as he ran around frantically trying to find something to get it off.

Watching from the shade

Mina let out a giggle as she watched the strange creature running around. She climbed the tree nearby. She mewed quietly as she watched him. It wasn't everyday new creatures appeared on the island and were this entertaining!

After running around for a few moments Jake finally found the crab that had been pinching him and tore it from his shorts.

"stinking crab!" he said outloud before chucking it back into the ocean.

"man...this sucks!" He shouted again before sighing deeply and rubed his face and eyes with the palms of his hand.
His face was burning after having been laying out in the sun for who knows how long.

"Okay...then...here's the situation..." Jake said outloud to no one in particular but himself. It was just something he did to help him think.

"I was on a plane heading to Japan...when bad weather struck...I think the plane was hit by lightning and we ...crashed into the sea.
What happened then is..."

Jake looked out over the ocean and then down the shore line into he spoted his lifeperserver that everyone was suppose to wear when something like this happened.

"that's right!..I swam..I..saw this island and swam to it...I wonder if anyone else made it?" A flicker of hope sparked within Jakes emeraled eyes as he glanced again in both directions of the sandy beach.

"HELLO!? IS ANYONE THERE? ANY OTHER SURIVORS?...HELP!"

Jake waited but was dissapointed to hear no one shout back in return.
