First some background, my wife and i have an active but somewhat predictable sex life. I would like to introduce some new positions/types of sex into our lovemaking but she's anti-pornography, i can understand this because she has some self esteem issues and views the "super bodies" as a threat.

She is a avid reader and I was thinking I might be able to get her to reading some stories from here at lit. Can anybody give me a couple of story suggestions they'll probably need to be relatively tame at first and probably of the loving couple variety.

Not sure how ill get her to read them but the first step I guess is to get a couple of good samples.

The problem is...the definition of tame varies from person to person. Given that you know her tastes better than we ever could, my suggestion would be for you to read the stories yourself and pick a couple you think she would like.

As for getting her to read them, why not try a different approach? When you have a couple of good candidates, select one and set the bedroom for seduction: candles, wine, whatever floats your boat. Then tell her you'd like to read her a bedtime story. She may not want to act upon the ideas right then and there, but you've at least given her some food for thought in a non-threatening manner.
