Can someone tell me how long it takes for your submission to be approved ?

A good answer from Jenny Jackson

You asked THE QUESTION. Now you go to the end of the line and have to wait for six months before the Editors will review your story. Around Thanksgiving time you will receive an email with the specific requirements you will need to provide before the Editors will post your story. A short list will include:

Date and place of Birth
A comprehensive list of your entire family
A complete list of all your friends
Names, dates and addresses of anyone who has already seen your story
A Cashier's Check made to the Story Editors (Amount varies with story length)
A copy of your birth certificate
A copy of your driver's license
A noterized copy of a letter from your parents stating you did, in fact write this story with no help from anyone else.
A signed affadavit stating you will NEVER ask THE QUESTION again.

Sorry for stealing your answer Jenny----it was too good not to

Yeah I know, It said 72 hours but that was a long time ago. Since then there has been a marked increase in the number of writers and stories. Funny thing is, no one knows how many people there are reading our drivel. Hence the 7 to 9 days.....

A newbie a week asks the question, hence the Jenny Jackson answer.....

The answer to all other questions is 42......

Have a nice day and welcome....
