Story Submission Still Not Working in IE

A month after first reporting it, I still can't get the text block to hold text most of the time in trying to submit stories via Internet Exploration--and I try it about every three days. Once or twice it's worked, but otherwise the text flashes on and then disappears.

It's time to abandon IE. Even Microsoft is trying to eradicate it. It's an incredible bitch to code for, and as the market share rapidly shrinks, you're going to find it increasingly frustrating to non-functional everywhere. Nobody liked having to write code specifically for it anyway, and with fewer people using it every day, soon nobody's going to bother.

The window is rapidly closing for easily transferring bookmarks to a new browser as well. The folks coding browsers are going to stop bothering with the migration tools to support it sooner rather than later.

Better to ease your way into the change before it's forced upon you by the evolving landscape.

Sorry about the problem. Which version of IE are you using?

RejectReality is right that it's getting more and more difficult to support old versions of IE. The new version of Edge, with Chrome technology, should be easy to support by newer websites.

I have no idea what version of IE I have. I had to take Chrome off my desktop because of storage issues. I have Firefox. I'll continue inconveniently posting stories via that and when that no longer works, I'll stop trying to post stories here.
