Story search: nonhuman, some kind of mate

I'm looking for a story that I'm having problems finding with the literotica search engine and also Google. I know the story is nonhuman, starts off with the main character trapped in some kind of facility. He needs blood to live and people have starved him. They throw in a girl who gives him her blood. They escape and make it to some hotel. Eventually they make it to his mansion and bad guys overpower and make him think they've killed her.
