Story search help

I need help finding a story, because I cannot remember the name of it. Its a sci-fi story in which a (female) solider type vampire and a (male) lawyer vampire are in search of the lawyers brother who was presumed dead. They find him in a hospital on a prison colony, he has been cryogenically frozen. She leaves the space ship and kills the guards. They free him and take him aboard their space ship. Thats all I can remember. I have tried using the search page to no avail.
