This is a pretty thin outline. There are literally tens of thousands of stories on here which (by changing the names in the story) could fulfil this request. So could:

Michael and Claire were ideally suited to each other. Unfortunately they lived in different cities, and so they never met. The end.

Of course that isn't what you meant, so please, give us poor authors a chance and add some idea of what you want to happen to these characters.

Imagine this. A couple play a game. They pick someone, a writer they know does good work on a site like this one. They get an agreement from that person to write a fantasy - but before they ever see the result, they determine they will act out the fantasy regardless of what the author comes up with.

Damn, I like that thought. Reminds me vaguely of some bizarre book I read many years ago.
