Story Rejected for BDSM?

I'm having a hard time getting a story past the censors. It keeps being returned for 'snuff' even though there's no snuff in it at all? I'm aware that it's non-con and not to everyone's tastes (it's a bit brutal) but I'm just having trouble pinpointing why it's being rejected.

Any ideas why I'm getting rejected for 'snuff' without anything like that in the story?

The closest I can think is that the guy threatened to crush his balls if he didn't do what he was told. I've removed that but I'm having a hard time.

Sorry I changed it as I got the first chapter approved but am now running into the same problem with the follow-up chapter.
