That's hard to say with any accuracy; it depends on how many other stories are submitted, which categories they're submitted in, and how may "priority" stories are in the queue.

Last I heard, normal, non-contest, stories were taking ten to fourteen days but it can be as fast as three days or as long as three weeks.

Since the Holiday contest is in progress, non-contest stories are going to be taking a bit longer than normal because contest entries have priority for posting.
