Story Linking

I know it's possible to submit a story with a link to another story. I just don't know the correct html code to do it with. Can anyone help? I want text that is underlined and clicking on it takes you to another story.

I've seen at least one story that linked to another. And I have this idea...

Anyway, can anyone help?
