Story keeps getting rejected

The story keeps coming back to tell me I selected chain story and it wasn't and to change the category so I did but it keeps coming back with the same message

Indeed, last week I got a story rejected but with the reason mentioned.
So I corrected and within a day it was published.

The simplest thing, since it was rejected and is already at the end of the line, is to make sure you have a good copy, delete it entirely, and re-upload it into the right category.

If you used HTML formatting, you can edit your submitted story and copy the entire thing with the codes in it. I forgot to do that once and it was very annoying, so I thought I'd mention.

Thanks Annie I appreciate that. I haven't had any other comments regarding its content that I can change so it baffled me. It is part of a book series I'm writing. Do you have an email address I can send it to please?

Thank you I'm not sure how to do that via my phone but i hope to get it onto my lap top so I do that sort of thing.

Very frustrated need help
@Angelk46,
I had a problem with a story a while back. I discovered that you couldn't resubmit a submission that had already been made. I withdrew any previous submission I could, changed the title and category and made it a new submission. That may well work. Good luck my dear colleague.
Deepest respects,
D.

Thank you now seems like all my stories have been removed! I haven't written anything really nasty or anything, not sure why I am being singled out?

I see three of your stories are still up. I don't know if there were more. The only reason your stories would be removed is some kind of breach of Literotica's policies.
The usage of AI, copyrighted or plagiarized content, underage characters involved in sexual activities, and so on.

On Lit, never attribute to malice or individual treatment what is probably simply the site's quirks and glitches.
Ok thanks for that I had a look at my control panel and it said there was nothing there and no none of my stories contained any underage sex or anything like that.

Your three installments are quite short: 1.2K, 0.8K, and 1.8K words. That’s only 3.8K total. The rejection of the “chain story” category might be a subtle hint that the parts are too short, and perhaps unnecessarily divided, for a series.

Your stories are definitely still there.

Have you considered seeking a volunteer editor? None of us has read your repeatedly-rejected installment, so it's just guesswork about why it keeps being sent back.
