Put your money where your mouth is. Give an idea of what you want, and let writers who are interest quote a fee.

But bear in mind that most of us have so many ideas of our own that we're not likely to write someone else's idea for pocket money.

If youre looking for a author it would help to know the theme you are wanting and what category you like. A non con won't be very helpful to a romance or loving wife story for example.
