Saw a movie the oother day about a ww2 prison camp in asia. It was a true story. The camp was composed of only woman and children. The woman were offered the chance to improve their living conditions by joining a pleasure house for the jap officers.
Several of the woman did take them up on the ofer.
I think this could make a very interesting story

sounds like an interesting idea.

But I have to bring up some criticism: Please, if you start a thread, give it a better name. I mean, this thread is named "story idea". - the whole board is about story ideas.

You should name it something like "Women imprisoned in a prison camp" or something like that. Otherwise, you would limit yourself.

I mean, let's say, I have a good idea for this thread. Tomorrow, I return to this board. I can't remember the thread name, but I remember there was something about women in a prison camp. So, if I see a thread with the name "women in a prison camp" I know that this is the right thread. But if I see a thread "story idea" I would not be sure if this would be the thread about story ideas - so maybe I wouldn't open it.

The movie was "Paradise Road" featuring Glenn Close...really fine movie (you can get it on DVD for around $6.89). Sorry for shameless plug, but it IS a good movie (well-acted, good plot, great photography) that surprised me enough with its quality that I actually bought a copy. Sexual content is actually pretty low.
Regarding the plot suggestion, you have a great idea for a story...very hot scenario (Asian interracial; women forced to please to survive; willing to do almost anything). Not fun in real life but makes interesting fantasy.
