In the office space, a woman goes to her supervisor to report two men that have been sexually her in the office. One employee has been making lewd comments to her, groping her indiscreetly, and one time barged into the women’s restroom while she was on the toilet. The other employee is friendly towards her, but seems to be attracted to her sexually, and poorly tries to hide it. Whenever she sees him, she can tell he is trying to hide an erection. The supervisor comes up with an idea, and the two women decide to reward a gentleman for keeping it in his pants, while punishing a pervert.
One of the endings I'm thinking of is the "gentleman" becoming "friends with benefits" with the harassment victim, and beoming so comfortable with his body afterwards that he goes the rest of the work day naked.
