This idea can work as a story, or as a BDSM type of dating sim game
The plot: Witches (or I can use another word) exist, it is only the females in the family line who can do magic. A grandmother is raising her grandson and grand daughter. Originally, it was going to be this funny story where they attempt magic and things go sideways. Eventually renting out a room to a foreign exchange student, using mind control on the student and having her wear clothes that are too small or other silly / sexy things.
I expanded the story by saying there are super heros who really hate the witches, and want to "put an end to them". One of these vigilantes tries to investigate one of the households of these witches. The grandmother was out, and the grand daughter had been training in magic. The grand daughter mind controls the super hero (I am imagining something like a wonder woman). The grandma (and or parents) come home to see their grand daughter mind controlling this "female vigalante" to clean the house. The grandmother likes how the grand daughter handled the situation, and gives her blessing to "keep the vigalantes" off our tails.
Also, it could be the family lives in a house in the suburb, and they own a farm. The female vigilantes can be trained to work on the farm.
