Story based on your own life?

I do not want to sound egotistical, conceided, self-centered, or in any other way that may make me seem superior to any one else but I had an idea!

This past year I have had an extremely interesting...well..*****. After my ex left me, things have been going crazy. Please let me know how you think of this.

An autobiography in a third person point of view of the things that have been happening to me this past year, not everything will be accurate, some things will be edited for merely for entertainment purposes but mostly everythign will be based on real events.

If you like the idea or would like to hear some of the story ideas of what has happened to me, please post.

Personal stories are not done a lot. One reason is because of our own limitations in being able to tell the story as we remember it. Many of us choose not to write autobiographical story simply because we don't want that kind of exposure or our real lives.

unlike Jenny, I use a lot of autobiographical events as inspiration for Lit. None of my stories are true life, but most have a kernel of something that sparked my imagination. I posted a guide over on the AH once that explained how my stories were inspired. Even the 'challenge' stories then to then pick up aspects of my perverse inner life ( though events are altered, like my consciousness).

It seems Jenny's generalization of Lit authors isn't too accurate. Every story I write is a mix of my life's experiences and, of course, fantasy. After all, I would never write about a topic I do not understand/know well. And why write about something that doesn't interest you?

Example: I won't write about scat because other than "second hand news" I know nothing of it and I certainly am not interested in shit play.

I do not, however, write total autobiographies. I don't like writing a "play by play" of my sex life.

The rights to your life story will belong to that Website, so what's preventing them from doing whatever they want with your history, and make you look like the bad guy, or an idiot, or a perveted sex offender?

That's a great idea, but I still worry about copyright.
This is what I don't like about stories of sex with celebrities.

Did you ever try to put yourself in your own fiction, like you were stepping into your own fantasies?
That would be a good story, to be in control of your own environment ("Matrix" style) but still be a part of it.

There is a John Candy movie about a soap opera writer, who finds himself as a character in his own soap.
Take that idea and make it sexual, and make it a series.

You can make breasts grow just by staring at them, create an orgasm just from winking, make women undress by touching your crotch (they'll do it faster if you masturbate), watch girl/girl action as you become invisible, you can even take showers with young girls who suddenly want it as bad as you.

You could even become a superhero like "The One".
