Stories on old profile.

I have some stories published on an old profile that I can no longer access the email address to.
Is there a way to transfer them to my new profile or shall I repost them again from my new one ( and is that allowed) ?

Do you know the password for your old account? If so, you can get into it with that. You don't need the e-mail address to get into this forum. If your old account and your current account both sent personal messages to Laurel from here, saying you were the same person, that should be sufficient proof.

You could then ask for stories to be transferred, or for your old account to be restored somehow... I'm not sure of the possibilities, but I do know you can still use your old account if you have the password.

If you don't, well, perhaps you could re-post your stories. Make sure you include a note to admin (and perhaps also a PM to Laurel) explaining what you're doing and why. Just so it doesn't look like you're stealing someone else's stories.

If none of those solutions work, include a link to your old profile on your new profile page so that people can read your older stories. HTH

Hi, thanks for response. I don’t know the password and I can’t get a reset as the email address no longer exists. I have submitted one of them again with an explanation of what I’m doing and they allowed it. When/if they accept the rest I’ll just close the old profile.
