Stories have been stuck in drafts

Hey, I'm new so I don't totally understand the system here.
My stories have been in the "drafts" section for.. about 20 days. In the FAQs it said that stories take at most a week to get looked over, am I doing something wrong? Is there a way to move them to pending? Is it just taking longer for some reason?

Anyways, it'd be great if someone could tell me what's going on. Nearly a month wait is too long for me and I'm guessing something has to be wrong.

You need to move them from the "Drafts" folder to "Pending".

Open each story that you want to submit for publication. At the bottom of the page, you'll find a button that says "Preview" Hit that.

Your story will then display, giving you a chance to read back through it one last time and catch mistakes.

If you're satisfied, you'll find a button at the bottom that says "Submit". Don't hit the "Save to Draft" button or you'll be right back at square 1.

Once you hit submit, the story should appear within the "Pending" folder instead of "Drafts"
