I am an avid fan of erotic fantasy and science fiction illustrations. Many of these illustrations seem to be so amazingly detailed and placed in such wonderful settings that it always makes me think that the artist took the picture out of some book or story. Some of these depict persons recongizable in various popular fantasy settings, others I cannot place exactly. I am always very curious to find more about that depicted fantasy world, character, setting... unfortunately usually these images are completely unexplained and my curiousity is left unsatisfied.
I would very much like to see if any authors would perhaps be inspired by these pictures to write stories that would put them in context.
To find the images simply type any of the names I have listed below into google with the word gallery, there are many websites hosting their work.
If my request is actually granted and some stories do get written for this, please don't forget to post a link, or at least mention the artist/drawing name to let the readers know which image this story is providing context for.

Clyde caldwell, Dorian Cleavenger, Fastner and Larson, Hector Gomez, Frank Frazetta, Julie Bell, Boris Vallejo.
