The quality of life for immigrants and minorities had already been getting worse before the pandemic really exposed how bad things truly are for people of color in the USA. Disenfranchising minority voters will ensure that their status remains the same in the future.
Trumps response to the pandemic isn't an issue for Repub's because many of them have no problem with old people and people of color dying. Most of them have access to quality health care compared to minorities so to them the odds are in their favor.
The only real chance that they will become rebellious with Trump and the Republican leadership is if the churches that are 'essential businesses' suddenly turn into Covid-19 death cults.
Even if that happens Trump and the GOP leadership will still win because a lot of people will come off the entitlement rolls.
Once the entitlement budget has been balanced, the status quo of gross income inequality can continue uninterupted until the next time the herd needs to be culled.
