Well, for one, someone could lose their panties and post it on the site, why I don't know. Anyway they list said panties that are then found, perhaps she lost them doing a frantic spur of the moment fuck me session at a park and panties kinda flew away. lol I did say I didn't know why anyone would post them as stolen, though you know there are people.
Course we can get a tad more beleivable on the reported items that when returned leads to sex. For instance, a woman has a Greta Garbo brassiere from one of her movies, it's a very valuable artifact, that also happens to have an effect on her when she wears it. Not to say Greta Garbo was in any way like this, but this woman when wearing said brassiere turns into a seductive tramp who can't say anything but yes and more to any man she see's.
