Here's a free plot bunny.
A woman is treated to a fantasy of two men at once, by her husband and really gets off on it. Unknown to her, the guys got off feeling their cocks sliding against one another inside her during DP. You did say you had a case of writer's block, so the plot bunny was a starting point for you. If you are writing for female readers, remember to keep the emotional aspect of it as predominant as you can, as opposed to the action. Good luck.
