(Roughly 19 million people) So let me break that down for you in leyman's terms... You have around a 95% chance of randomly picking anyone off the street that doesn't have an std. Stds are transmitted at a lower rate through oral sex (fact). The odds are the person probably doesn't have an std, and if they do, the odds of transmitting the disease through oral sex are much lower than that of anal or vaginal sex. Hence, highly unlikely. If you are worried, wear a rubber.

Although there are more white people with stds in the US, the percentage of whites with stds are much lower than that of other minorities. There is also a higher percentage of stds in urban areas. Lets take this a little further... Heterosexuals have a much lower rate of stds than that of gay males. This all still adds up to highly unlikely.
