Okay, probably repetitive, but can we construct an infection that for some contrived reason includes practicing home nudism in the quarantine recommendations?
Maybe it uses cloth as significant spreading vector and/or is light sensitive, and/or enters through irritated skin where clothes pressure it, and/or in presence of sweat. Resulting in recommendations to wear loose clothes whenever possible and change or discard them as soon as possible indoors.
So, it's probably not a virus, more likely a fungal infection spreading very though to kill spores. Or whatever.
It could also be satirical piece about government overreach, or just comical result of misinformation and misunderstanding.
And of course the most interesting part might be afterwards, coming out of isolation with changing attitudes.
