So you are anti-teabagger after all! Oh Zeb, how could I have misread you all this time?![]()
Getting your head out of your ass is your job, no one else's.Fine...
Tell me again how ObamaCare make my medical care better?
Fine...
Tell me again how ObamaCare make my medical care better?
I already explained that to you yesterday. Zeb. Apparently, holding your ears and going "naaa naaa na naaa naaa" is your preferred method of dealing with information you don't want to hear. Good luck with that.![]()
Translation; naa naa naaah can't hear yoooo...No, what you explained didn't improve healthcare for anyone.

10 Things Every American Should Know About Health Care Reform
1. Once reform is fully implemented, over 95% of Americans will have health insurance coverage, including 32 million who are currently uninsured.
Incorrect...95% of Americans will be eligible for a tax payer subsidized health payment plan. About 20 million of those are young people between the ages of 18 - 35 and the theory is that they will forgo the plan and pay the penalties at tax time. The penalty is cheaper than the premiums.
2. Health insurance companies will no longer be allowed to deny people coverage because of preexisting conditions—or to drop coverage when people become sick.
This is true, probably the only good thing in the damn bill. Yet there is a darkside to this - Guaranteed: Premiums will increase-a lot.
3. Just like members of Congress, individuals and small businesses who can't afford to purchase insurance on their own will be able to pool together and choose from a variety of competing plans with lower premiums.
Another aspect of the bill which on the face will be good...of course those premiums will be higher than they are today, but what the hell.
4. Reform will cut the federal budget deficit by $138 billion over the next ten years, and a whopping $1.2 trillion in the following ten years.
You believe this...so far everything I have read says that the plan will increase costs --- According to the Congressional Budget Office (CBO), new entitlement spending in the plan would cost $216 billion by 2019, then increase by 8 percent every year thereafter.
Read this for more info: The Real Arithmetic of Health Care Reform
5. Health care will be more affordable for families and small businesses thanks to new tax credits, subsidies, and other assistance—paid for largely by taxing insurance companies, drug companies, and the very wealthiest Americans.
And where do you think the cost of those new taxes are going to go? Who do you think is going to pay for them? Taxes 101 - Corporations don't pay taxes. Only individuals pay taxes. The cost of those taxes is going right into the low monthly premium you are dreaming of. That's right you will be paying those taxes. Oh and the job you have, kiss it good-bye the tax on investment income will dry up those investments which are used to hire people by small business. Talk about shooting yourself in the foot.
6. Seniors on Medicare will pay less for their prescription drugs because the legislation closes the "donut hole" gap in existing coverage.
7. By reducing health care costs for employers, reform will create or save more than 2.5 million jobs over the next decade.
Another lie...every employer will now have to pay $2k per head for their employee's. Can you say layoffs. Oh and that tax on Investments will cause more job loss.
8. Medicaid will be expanded to offer health insurance coverage to an additional 16 million low-income people.
To bad Medicaid is broke/bankrupt.
9. Instead of losing coverage after they leave home or graduate from college, young adults will be able to remain on their families' insurance plans until age 26.
What happen to them being eligible for their own policy???
10. Community health centers would receive an additional $11 billion, doubling the number of patients who can be treated regardless of their insurance or ability to pay.
If they're still in operation, really can't operate without those doctors now can you?
And just how does any of this make health care better? Will my care improve because I'm forced to by insurance? Insurance I can't afford?
How has the healthcare system improved? Are the good doctors better at what they do? Are the bad ones better? Do you get better treatment? Are you even able to see that doctor sooner? Please tell me how is healthcare been improved?
Take off the blinders Stella ObamaCare does absolutely nothing to improve healthcare in this nation. It might allow those who don't have health payment plans to get them at high premiums subsidized by the tax payers. But it does nothing to improve or lower the cost of healthcare. That doctors visit will cost more than it does now. That hospital stay will cost more. Those meds you need to pull you fingers out of your ears will cost more.
I was at the my doctors office today and we had a nice little talk about ObamaCare. She is fourteen years into her practice and of course her priorities have changed a lot since she became a doctor. She is now married and has a young son. And although she said she's to young to really retire her and her husband are in a position so that she can stop practicing and stay home to take care of her son. And although she enjoys the work she does and feels that empathic need to help people that most doctors feel. Her family is more important than her career now. So she is thing, seriously thinking about retiring from medical practice.
So now with some doctors not wanting to put up with the bullshit the waits to see your primary care doctor will now be longer. I bet also that all referrals will not require you to see your primary care doc first, then get the referral from them to wait again to see that specialist.
The front line physicians (primary care doctors) are the one that will be effected the most by ObamaCare. They will be the first to leave the profession. The specialist will just stop accepting insurance plans that don't meet their fees. I know several of those already.
Geez...while I agree with what they are trying to say, their tactics leave a lot to be desired. I do not condone what they have done nor would I ever participate in a rally such as that.
While every organization has those among them that would try and turn a peaceful rally into a brawl, the group as a whole is not represented by those few fanatics as you liberals are good at preaching.
It's such a clever tactic to group those you don't see eye to eye with into some group you don't like when you don't even really know them.
They did arrest the guy, but the Congressman didn't press charges.

Well, you can always just pay the taxtime penalty, instead. If they're still in operation, really can't operate without those doctors now can you?[/COLOR]

Dude at this time-- having some healthcare in itself would be an improvement. Getting the treatment-- even halfassed-- would be an improvement. Being able to afford to see the doctor-- yep, that's a plus. How has the healthcare system improved? Are the good doctors better at what they do? Are the bad ones better? Do you get better treatment? Are you even able to see that doctor sooner? Please tell me how is healthcare been improved?

Stupid is as stupid does.
I don't even watch Glen Beck. I really think he's an asshole. Just like you for thinking, imagining, wanting, hoping, wishing I do.
And while I might be a conservative, I'm not the stupid conservative you hope me to be. I surely don't stand with the Christian right in opposing abortion. I definitely don't oppose gays the right to marry the partner of their choice. Nor have you ever, ever heard or seen me use the 'N' word.
I what I do oppose is the disregard some people have for the constitution and the laws of this country. And the people who support those that do.
So just fuck you little miss perfect.
I sleep well thank you.
So I guess you are just a fucked up 12 year old who sits in front of daddy's computer because you think it's fun to call people you don't know names?
I doubt you saw anything as you're too busy jacking off to your fathers porn.
So crawl back in your little kid pj's and go back to your room.
Whatever the cause, whether for or against, there will be a few people who will embarrass the supporters of that cause.
The embarrassing ones make better TV than the ones using reasonable argument.

Your fictional account doesn't work on a couple of levels. You probably need to get educated and then start getting really educated. But quit writing fiction. It has to make sense and your fictional account of one doctor is not a template for reform, it's just more misplaced neural energy....
I believe that he is quoted as saying that he will let the Capitol Police deal with it.
I understand that the tea baggers hate Obama and all but what do they have against spelling and grammar?
