A story concept: turned on by having one's status lowered, not as a scene but full-time. You see this in cuckold stories sometimes, but usually it's tied with coercion and contempt.

What I'm picturing is a person, or maybe a married couple, who have a high social, financial, and personal status, who find themselves turned on by the fantasy and then the reality of giving up that status, bit by bit, permanently lowering themselves and knowing it's permanent and turned on by it every step of the way.

There's no coercion, it's entirely voluntary (though maybe they set it up so they can't chicken out when the time comes each time), the lower they go the more they find themselves turned on by their new situation.

This is kind of hard to explain clearly...

Very interesting idea- and a story that doesn't depend on erotica to make it work. It's not at all uncommon for women- particularly "upper class" women- to do that with lovers; sort of a rejection of their normal level in society. I did a bit of that when I was a college student, as did many of my friends.
