starting my own exotic dancing business

If you read my bio you will see I was a stripper in vegas. I moved to OHIO to follow what was to be my life partner and things did not work out.

I miss dancing and have thought about establishing my own "excotic" business.

Does anyone have any tips or suggestions? Has anyone done this before?

To calrify I am not talking about a bar or night club. Been there doen that. I want to establis a clean and taste full business for private parties with both male and female dancers.

Be careful

My sister was a stripper and did parties but made sure that I was there for protection or some other big guy. A lot of these guys get drunk and stupid so try to look before you leap. A driver to protect you will eat into the profits so factor that into your costs. Even gay women can get drunk and stupid so don't feel safe just because it is ladies.

knowing the limits

honey I stripped in Vegas I know just how VOLGER and STUPID men and women can be. I have witnessed the women get worse than the men. I set my limits when I took the job. My boss met me at a confrnece. Belive it or not my panties never totally came off. There is somethign about leaving a little to the imagination. I never dated or went out with "clients" nor did anything sexual happen besides lap dances. The ironic thing is my tastefull ness made me the highest paid dancer in the club (sal and tips)

My boss would ask for private parties and a "bouncer" always went with me making 10% plus off my tips. The club paid him and often more than one.

Here they always dance nude

Here in the Northeast they always dance nude. I have never heard of a dancer leaving on her panty through out her career. We learn something every day. When I was Veagas they were all nude as were the dancers in California.

Sounds to me like you already know the business upside down. I suggest that you check and see what the local laws are and then run an ad in the local papers for girls as well as parties. Find yourself some good body guards and make alot of money. If you should need some help let me know I am thinking about relocating soon. Might be just the venture I am looking for.

I wanted my career to be tasteful... I am proud of my body but also respect myself. (stripper / respect hmm now that is a combination) Trust me everyone got a peek or two but the bottoms never came off the feet. Thats what kept every one coming back.

Just remember you are in Ohio and the laws in some of the cities are a lot more strict then other parts of the country.
I lived near Dayton growing up and the zoning laws were constantly being reworked in order to shut down the strip joints.

New Business venture

Ohio Gal,

I have a relative who has worked in the industry. Her problem was findng women that she could trust to work for her. There were issues of stealing and prostitution that made life very difficult. She lost most of the money that she had made from the business.

My best advice to you would be to find out as much as you can regarding what is allowed and what is not, and make sure that you have girls you can trust.
