We always have floods, tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes and blizzards. I think you'd be hard pressed to find any time period where we're not having those things. Other than the unseasonably warm temps I think we're probably par for the course.

Almost everyone I have spoken to says 2015 was a less than average year for them.
