Choc-coconut slice.

It is gluten and lactose free. I even used coconut sugar instead of brown sugar to try and cut down some of the excess sugar for the diabetics.

And I am fucken exhausted. Its almost 10:30pm and I am honestly thinking bed. My mail is going to have to wait I think... Either that or I have a coffee...
