Strolling into the cafe she chuckled to herself as it seemed she might not have to wake up any of the staff today. Heading to the counter she poured herself an orange juice. Then headed into the library and her desk to go over an order for a new set of books...

the last thing i remember was yesterday(?) morning getting up and stepping downstairs from the bedrooms to the shop floor and prepping coffee and the creamers and meanwhile most of everyone came down and then it's all gone

It could be worse: back in the day, a friend of ours went to the Glastonbury festival, had great time according to other friends who saw him there, but didn't come back. We weren't too worried, just assumed that he'd met someone and gone off to live in a commune in Wales or something (sort of thing he was likely to do), and would be back eventually. He showed up at the pub two weeks later looking very confused, with no idea where he'd been, or how he'd got back. We never did find out.

Well I apparently must have slept wrong because Ive done my left shoulder? Which is annoying as hell. As for sickness... its staying the same... which is a good sign! It means that I should start improving over the next few days!
Ive had sinusitis so many times I kinda know my bodys reaction and stuff.

AND I found my box of meds! I only had to open 3 random boxes to find it. 3 out of a possible... ummm gonna guess 50 or so... I have a LOT of random shit.
Hopefully pain killers start to kick in and the shoulder behaves itself. I have on my "to do" list to go and get a proper massage once Ive finished unpacking and everything. No use doing it beforehand... Ill just get sore again. Its going to be my reward!

Mentally.... look if my ex would fuck right off and leave me alone things would be amazing. BUT aside from that im actually doing really well. Less stressed and anxious since the move. I think once I can get the ex to basically sign off on a few things and finally let me go shit will get real good!

Now if only this house wasnt so cold... stupid winter! If some of you UK people could send me some of that heat that would be amazing!

You should! They are AMAZING if you get the right people. I use to have to see a specialist for all my back and hip issues (stupid genes) and that 1hr was amazing. I felt bad for her though because it would exhaust her as my muscles were always so tense and I apparently carry my stress in my hips... so my hips, ass and lower back always need extra attention.
I miss her amazing hands... and our chats!
