I remember when Anja was recruiting Creamers and Glazers! ...we were inundated with applicants and it took her weeks and even then she was putting in 15 hour days!

Maybe narrow it down to a dozen or so to come back for a 'second interview' and organise some practical assessments too! ANd if you do need any help, I'm sure Anja or Honey would be happy to help anyway they can!
