Well the one hour is fine for now...I was in a car accident last year and still trying to work out the muscle tension... So it's all good. As for Kinks... Let's just say, I don't think there is anyone that could get all my kinks out.And @Destiny I always go for a 2 hours massage and it is barely enough. As for getting the kinks out..... it's not that type of massage.
Even then if that was the purpose of the massage 1)I wouldn't be able to afford it. 2) Just too many kinks
