Star Wars

Madison:

She looked into his eyes and for the first time her fear was absent. There was something growing deep inside her. Feelings she had never felt before for anyone, and now she felt them for this man. And that scared her.

Madison jumped to her feet and shoved the cloth into his hand. "You still shouldn't have. Your life is not worth a bunch of flowers." she swallowed hard, "Even if you did do it for me. I have some work to do, so if you'll excuse me..." she turned to leave.

New recruit...

Skulking about the training complex as usual, Drakon arrived at the front gate and found a new recruit waiting to gain entrance. Kat saw him and mooved to greet him and inquire about training.

Katrina:

Waiting for what seemed to be an eternity, the gate finally opens. My water supply had run out a few hours ago and my mouth is extremely dry. I pick myself up from leaning against the wall and walk around to the opening gate. I see a man standing there as if he's been waitng for my arrival. He makes no gestures, speaks no words. My eyes are pulled in by his. They are so dark, yet I feel there is something behind them. I suddenly feel strange, like he's looking right through my soul. I've never seen such a man before...I've never felt such a man before. We are not physically close, yet I feel his grip on me. I briefly close my eyes and will the feeling away....

"I've come to inquire about joining the rebellion. I wish to train with the Jedi's and fight with them to conquer the Imperial forces..." He doesn't answer me. "Please, I have travelled far and I am very thirsty and tired...." My knees become weak and I tumble to the ground, unconscious....

Zen

I stoped her as she began to leave "Looked Madison, I'm sorry if I had upset you. I promise not to take any dumb risks like that ok?"

There was a short pause untill a voice was heard over the speaker "Zen, Luke needs you to help him with the training."

Without turning from Madison I spoke into the speaker "Yeah I'll be right there."

I reached out to Madison but she flinched at my approach. I tell her "I gotta go Madison. Take care of yourself."

I smile at her as I turn to meet up with Luke.

Darth Mask

Darth Mask walked through the Death Star with much on his mind. He entered the detention block as he approached one of the men in charge "Have you found out anything new about the creature?"

The nervous man responded "Only that his name appears to be 'ISSABAEU JOL-AKTUN'. Like you suspected he seems to have a connection with the force but what they are is still unknown at this time."

Darth Mask looked into the cell room at the creature "Has he attempted an escape again?"

The man simply replied "Not for the last two days sir."

Darth Mask turned and headed back to his throne as he ordered "I want to know as much about this creature as possible by the time we reach the base." He stopped and turned to the man and with a threatening voice warned him "Do not disappoint me."

With that Darth Mask returned to his throne room were he awaited Ganors report.

Ganor piloted the X-wing towards the small planet. It was small, too small for Ganor's comfort. He however made due.
Ganor looked at the instrument panel, it was horribly crude, inneffective. He hated X wing's, they were more like land speeder's with wings. He pitied the jedi for having to die in there tin cans.
Slowly, the blue dot came into focus. The jedi stench was strong on the planet, he could practically smell the crap. Ganor gave a menacing look as he piloted the ship to a decaying orbit. He quickly did a scan, making sure the force wasn't wrong. It never was.
Ganor then flew into the planet, at top speed. Anyone looking might have seen a simple shooting star in the day time, but he picked a place far away from peeping eyes.
Ganor landed in a secluded field.
HE got out of the ship, moving like the wind towards the forest. Ganor looked back, the ship stuck out like a sore thumb. He had to do something about it.
Ganor raised his arm as he closed his eyes. He envisioned the field's ground. He let himself go into the force, then took control of it. Seizing it.
In a slight earthquake, the ground split in two, swallowing up the X wing. Ganor then moved his hand across the wound in the field, covering it with a layer of grass. It was hidden.
Quickly he took out his Light saber, it glowed a crescent orange. He felt the power in his hands, as he sliced a tree in two. All four hundred and fifty feet of it came crashing down upon the spot where the X wing once stood. Ganor laughed, it was very evil.
As he put the light sbaer away anor checked once again for the jedi base. It was a few hours walk away. Ganor decided it would wait a few minutes.
He meditated...
"Master..." his mind peered out into space.
"Report Ganor."
"I am on the planet, the ship is hidden. I am about to infiltrate (sp) their base. I shouldn't be found out unless Luke is near me, he is the only one strong enough to seek out my true thoughts, everyone else will think something ill of me, but only he will know the truth."
"Good," Mask replied, "Remember to hide your true self. Even a slack jaw jedi can tell adisturbance in the force if it is revealed."
"Yes master, I remember. I will contact you when I have either turned the jedi or killed him."
Mask nodded, "Understood, make it fast."
Ganor blinked twice, cracked his kuckles, and took out his light saber. He started concentrating on the force, making it hidden to everyone. It took a lot of concentration, but Ganor completed it, all he had to do was remember to keep his defenses up, and those nosey jedi out.
Ganor made his way to the jedi base.

The good deed...

Drakon reached to keep Katrina from hitting the ground. It wasn't out of concern, at least he would never say it was. He looked down at her body slumped in his arms, stone faced. He couldn't let her die. Drakon lifted her over his shoulder, carrying her down to a nearby stream.

The dark cadet layed her on the bank, taking his overshirt off and soaking it, placing it on Kat's forehead. He cupped water in his hands and poured some over her lips, hoping to get her to drink.

Why has this girl crossed my path?

"Alright, girl. I have brought you to water. Don't die." he said coldly. Reluctantly, Drakon held his hand to her breast, using the Force to stimulate her heart a bit. This was a 'dark' technique that would have caused a stroke had he strengthened it.

Slowly, her eyelids opened, and she coughed a bit. Drakon just watched her.

"Now, is being a Jedi truly worth you risking your life?" he asked her, puzzled at her determination to enter the Order that was his private hell.

Sha'ara

Looking at the electronic map of the temple, I feel chills run from the base of my neck to the base of my spine. "But, what if we get caught?" I say breathlessly. I am so close to Tawain that I can smell his masculine scent and suddenly I feel very heady.

Tawain

"Oh, come on, what's the worst they could do? Tell us off, maybe a few days of chores--or I'll talk our way out of it. I'll talk you out of it at any rate, I promise you. Anyway it's not as though it's actually dangerous..."
Tawain's words trailed off as he detected something in Sha'ara's eyes. He couldn't quite place it, but he feared it might be disaprovement.
Fool! As if this plan wasn't stupid enough, now you try to get her into it.
But it would be interesting...

"Of course," Tawain said carefully, trying to hide his disappointment as good as he could, "If you'd rather do something else..."

ooc

Gypsy, I must say that your character is getting more and more interesting by the minute!
Although perhaps I should thank Syd for that as well ;)

Sha'ara

I look at Tawain thoughtfully. He looks nervous so finally I say, "You're right... what's the worst they could do? Let's go!" Once I say the words, I begin to feel the tug of excitement of doing something forbidden.

Tawain

Tawain's face split into a huge grin.
"Great! Then let's go!"
They both went out into the corridor and began to move towards the exit of the base.
Leaving the base was not forbidden to students, ans the guards did not look too surprised that anyone would leave the base, when evening was approaching.
They probably think we're a couple out for a romantic stroll.
Well, aren't we?

The thought made him chuckle. As Sha'ara turned looked at him, Tawain felt the heat rise in his face. She was so pretty, so beautiful...
Acting on something else than pure rational thought, Tawain slipped his arm around her waist.

Sha'ara

Feeling Tawain's arm around my waist startles me at first, but if feels right, so I lean into him and snake my arm around his waist as well. I look up at the moon and see that is is waxing. It's a beautiful sight outlined by the tall, dark trees. The beauty of it takes my breath away, and I gasp. "Oh Tawain, what a gorgeous night... it makes me feel so alive... it makes me want to ..." Suddenly I am embarrassed by what I was about to say. Biting off the last part of my statement, I blush a deep scarlet that surely Tawain can see even in the moonlight.

Tawain

Tawain raised an eyebrow quizzically. Why would she blush like that? Surely she didn't mean-
Tawain almost blushed himself. No, she didn't mean that.
"Come on, Sha'ara, you can tell me. What do you want to do?"

Sha'ara

"Nothing... really... it was just a thought." Tawain looks at me skeptically, knowing full well that I had been about to say something. Could I tell him, would he think I was crazy? "Mmm..." I blush even more and giggle nervously. "I'd been about to say.... that... the beauty of the night makes me want to run through the forest naked." I let the words tumble out quickly.

Tawain

Tawain's first impulse was to burst out laughing, but he turned it into a grin--a friendly one, he hoped. The heat in his face wa back, although he tried to pretend it wasn't there
"You're very close to nature, aren't you?"
He felt a foll as soon as he had said it. Probably the most stupid thing he could have said right now.

Sha'ara

"I am very close to nature. My parents and I lived in the woods for many years, living off the land. Until Imperial Forces came and claimed our property for their own purposes. We fled our home and my parents joined the Alliance." I look deeply into Tawain's eyes. "That was the first time I had any contact with other people my age. I think that's why I'm so talkative now... I'm naturally curious about people."

Zen

As I made my way to meet up with Luke I couldnt take my mind off of Madison. Why was she so afraid of me? I would never do anything to hurt her or any of the cadets here. She was such a beautiful woman and a good person.

'Maybe I could talk to her about it when I get done with what Luke wants' I thought to myself as I steped infront of Lukes door.

Before I could even ring the bell the doors opened up!
Luke called me from inside "Please come inside Zen. I need to talk to you." I walked inside and sat down on a chair nearby.

Luke turned to me to say something then stoped and staired at me for a moment before he asked "What happened to your face?"

Just then I remembered that my side was still bandaged from the Xtro fight "Well, It's a long story..." Luke stoped me "I'm sorry if I sound cold but we have more important things to talk about right now."

I sat up in my chair as I tried to put Madison in the back of my mind for now "What is it?"

Luke quickly got down to business "Our scanners picked up a tie fighter flying over our atmosphere."

I looked puzzled "So what's the big deal? Alot of people are using those things around here."

Luke continued "The problem is that at the time it was picked up there were no known ships cleared to fly at the time. And we both know that there is no planet close enough that a tie fighter could have traveled from one to over here."

There was silence in the room.

Luke continued "The Death Star must be near within a days travel for a tie to make it here. I want you to keep an eye out for anyone that is new to the roster. It could be possible that someone has been sent here in advance. I dont want to make this known to the others because it could cause a wide spreed panic throughout the base and we dont need that getting in the way of the training. I trust you will do your best to help in the situation Zen."

I stood up "I will do my best Luke. Just like Master Yoda thought us."

Luke smiled at that "I knew I could count on you. Now if you'll excuse me I have some other matters to deal with."

With that I left with a feeling that things around here would never be the same again.

Tawain

"I see" said Tawain, relieved that Sha'ara had seen he had meant those words as he had said them.
"I grew up on Taraf myself, a very technologized planets. Not many green spots left there. But I took every opportunity to visit them...until I received words that...that my parents wouldn't come home. I couldn't stand the parks I had walked with them so often...I tried moving another city--near a natural forest, that was wonderful, in a way. But I felt I couldn't stay on Taraf for long. So I joined the rebellion..."
Tawain fell silent.
Now you're bothering her with your life story! Good grief, if you keep it up this way, it'll be a wonder if she doesn't hate you by the end of the night.
Tawain took a deep breath.
"You're right, though. It's a beatiful night. A night to do things you wouldn't normally do..."

ooc:... i wanna be a bad ass too!... [looking in awe at the multiple pages]... err please?...

YAY!

BE MY EX! BE MY EX! Darth Mask is the leader of the baddies and he is currently on board the new Death Star. You can join them there. He just sent one of them down to the training complex to try to turn me, I think. Drakon is a cadet in the academy his bio is on the second page....

Sha'ara

Why does he seem so reluctant to talk to me about himself? Maybe he misses his family I am thinking when I hear Tawain say something about doing something you wouldn't normally do. I look at him... what is that I see reflected there?

I clear my throat.. "Like running through the forest naked? Or did you have something else in mind?" Suddenly I am wishing I hadn't said that.. too late to take it back, stupid! I mentally berate myself.

Tawain

Tawain stared at Sha'ara for a second, then, unable to control himself, burst out laughing.
He quickly had himself under control again,at least enough to reduce his laughter to a chuckle.
"Well, what I really meant was exploring an acient Jedi Temple...but I suppose the night is good for more then one thing."
He immediately wished he hadn't said that, afraid that Sha'ara would think he was making fun of her.
