Just wondering if you're going to see it or not?

I'm going friday evening with a buddy of mine, I hope it'll be good.

I am, but not sure when. If I do see it before it hits the cheap theaters, it'll be a matinee, just in case it's another Jar Jar Binks fiasco... Dear lord, that was a travesty! How the HELL do you spend that much money and produce a movie that sucks that badly!

I liked the old ones and saw the other two new ones so I will will go and see what's comming next and last.

Episode I had at least some cool action, but II hadn't even that. I think I saw it two or three times, and I'm a HUGE fan of the old ones, (saw them about 20 to 30 times, each!) but I have really no memory of the story of Episode II. I think there simply was none...

Well, I will go and see whats comming, but I expect nothing, so I will get at least a tiny bit suprised by it...

Have plans to go after the big crowds die down. I have three boys and a husband who like that kind of thing and want mom to share their fun. Not sure how I will be able to actually watch it though because I have a nursing baby who just found it is great fun to raspberry, and going shhhh to her will only make her louder. Chances are I will have to sit in the lobby :( , and hear about the movie afterwards.

Can't wait!

We have tickets with a bunch of neighbors for Saturday night. I hated episode II, but I really look forward to this one because it is really the connection to the old ones.

*Waving hands in the air*

I am a big fan and have been for almost 30 years.... yes longer than a lot of you have been around.... I will see it this weekend.... I cannot wait! :p

I will see it, as Owen wants to go.

However, "Boring" is what I say about the matter. I just do not understand the appeal. I have yawned through all of them so far, and will yawn through this one no doubt.

O even has a friggin toy Lightsaber, that he's had since he's a kid. It is broken and starts working in the middle of the night- lots of glowing and sound effects- giving me a heart attack and feeling very much like the force is not with me!

Bah humbug what a silly film.

You have obviously gone over to the Dark Side of the Force...

I'm going to see it, but I'll get there when I have time. I hate crowded theaters full of rude people, so I'll likely wait till they die down a bit, so I'm not forced to whip a 64 oz soda at anyone's head.

Here was an unexpected spoiler, highlight the text below if you can't wait.

President Bush is the Sith Lord.

If you are not with me you are against me!

best of the prequals

saw the first show in my city. was very impressed. the dialoague was still cheesy at times, but all in all a marable improvement over EpII.

I recommend it!

Out of all of the "new" ones this was my fav. If only because I could sit through it without going this is stupid and why did they add in that?!?

Saw it last night in a 2215 showing up in the Beach Cities- first in line for that showing and it was far better then I'd hoped for.
Not perfect, but still memorable.

Spoiler:
And the first time the mask went on, Padme.... yeah, cool stuff.

saw the midnight premiere then again in the afternoon at 1:30. excellent.

Just came back from seeing it for the second time and wife and i are going tonight. I will almost say it is my fave of the entire series.

Oh yeah, I saw it opening day (early matinee). I was very impressed.

Except one thing: Anakin's eyes change a couple of times, yet didn't match his emotional states. Just a minor detail.

I HIGHLY recommend seeing it, If you haven't done so already, see it again. I did.

You won't be disappointed.

What did you pick up on the second time around? I enjoyed the movie, but the plot seemed fairly straight-forward. Was it details in the background?

I love your sigline by the way.

Just saw it tonight. Amazing movie. We all knew the ending and yet I wanted know how Mr Lucas was going to make sure it all came together.

I have been a Star Wars fan since the beginning...in highschool I had to keep it a secret as girls were not supposed to like science fiction. It is great to come out of the science fiction closet!

May the Force be with You!!

This is the first SW film I wasn't able to see opening day, and still haven't had a chance to go, but look forward to it immensely.
