Goober, the Sargent at Arms for the local Hells Angels shows the chapter president the article in the paper about the scumbag rapist and the military funeral he got. After reding the article he calls all the members of his charter to church.

"The scumbag that raped Jane, apparently he's some big shot marine and his father is a General. Let's be on the lookout for the next few months." he tells his men and adjourns the meeting.

Across town Red Tide was having a similar meeting, and making sure all their members were ready to defend themselves in case any of his buddies showed up for revenge.

The next day the officers of Red Tide and Hells Angels got together to do ta threat assessment and see what resources they could pull. The two clubs had a tight relationship because Red Tide was made up of sisters and daughters and cousins of the men in Hells Angels. They weren't just friends they were blood.

A couple of months go by and suddenly you hear a news reports reguarding gang and biker violence across the nation. Multiple Mayors and Senators are on the speaking on new laws and tactics are being put in place to make America safe again. The police are armed to the tee with tanks, armor, sniper rifles and other left over Military weapons from the war on terrorism. National guard the USMC's are on stand by if the are in need of reinfreinforcements. Officially it's awar againat crime. Behind the scenes it's a war on all bikers priority number one the Hells Angels.

Hells Angels hold a news conference and point out the charity drives they do, and how that even though a few members may have committed a crime, they are just a group of men who like to ride bikes and complain about being harassed by the government. Yes we may get into bar fights, but why is the government wasting tax dollars investigating us when we have terrorists in this country shooting up nightclubs. They also point out that the government has never investigated the North American Man Boy Love Association which promotes sex with children, yet the want to investigate men who ride motorcycles.

They also point out that the task force coming after them is in violation of federal law because, under the Posse Commitatus act the military is not allowed to be involved in Law Enforcement.

Many civil rights and anti police groups start protests against government over reach and so many complaints are received by senators and congress critters that the military gear is stripped from the police, and the military, and national guard is ordered to stand down.

Life returns to normal.

While the Hells Angels are protesting Jane and her sister get taken to a secret bunker. Jane and her sister are stripped naked tied up with no escape. Several men speaking different languages in Milatary uniform. 3 Officers speaking English laughing, poking fun, pointing at Jane calling her " dick clit Jane " General Thomas enters wearing a mask and tells the officers drug her and take her home immediately ( speaking about Jane ). General Thomas orders that scum there torture her and kill her as of yesterday. Jane seeing her sister about to die gets drugged and put to sleep. A brown skinned officer slowly cuts Jane's sister all over her body then burn her alive until there is nothing left. Jane is brought home safely but is always being watched from far. General Thomas travels back to base with some semblance of revenge. General Thomas remembering Ron's last words to the EMT. Ron told the EMT before his death who is responsible and what haphappened and kept telling the EMT innocentthe only one of innocence. General Thomas kept wondering what's so special about Jane.

Lucky Lou as he was known to the hells angels was also a supply officer in the USMC. He was one of the ways the hells angels got the weapons they sold on the black market.

Through one of his contacts on the generals staff he found out what happened. The next day as the General was leaving base, a .50 sniper bullet entered the generals head, and his brain exited the other side.

No evidence of any sort was ever found. The bullet was matched to a rifle owned by the General himself, but it was locked in a safe, and when the safe was opened the rifle was still there, and there was no evidence it had been moved or fired. Only the generals fingerprints were on it. There was a box of ammo with only one round missing.

The rest of the people involved received pictures of Hells Angels in their houses, standing over their sleeping spouses and children with knives. The message was clear. Fuck with us and everyone you love dies.

To reinforce the message, Red Tide made it a point to visit the wives at work and ask about their husbands, making the woman very uncomfortable.

Eventually NCIS closed the investigation, having exhausted all possible leads, leaving the case open, but the files gathered dust in a storage facility never looked at again.
